Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and unused in its original packaging.
Items will not be accepted without first receiving an authorized RMA number. To start a return, you can contact us by using our contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you an RMA number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the proper packing and return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using tracking to ensure it is successfully delivered. We are not responsible for lost, misdirected nor damaged return shipments and you will not be refunded unless the item is safely delivered back to us in an unused, sealed condition. Damages and issues
Customers have 10 days within receipt of shipment to report damage or issues. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right. After 10 days, returns due to damage or errors will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Turpentine cannot be returned due to special shipping handling requirements and Department of Transportation restrictions. There are no exceptions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns regarding this issue.
Exchanges
Option 1 (Fastest): Request an RMA. Place a new order for the item you want. Ship the original back (tracking recommended). Once received we will confirm it is unused and in a sealed condition and then refund the original order.
Option 2 (Slowest): Request an RMA. Ship the item back. We will verify it is unused and in a sealed condition. We will refund any monies owed or contact you to collect any additional monies due. We will then ship the replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow several days for the funds to post back to your account.
