WHERE WE SHIP

We currently only ship within the United States. You must provide a physical address in order for your order to be processed.

HOW WE SHIP
We ship all order using the US Postal Service. This means we can ship to homes, businesses as well as PO Boxes.

WHAT SERVICE WE USE
We currently use USPS First Class, Parcel Select and Priority service. Turpentine must go by Parcel Select to meet shipping regulations and requirements.

HOW QUICK WE SHIP 
We get almost all orders out the same or following business day!

HOW QUICK WILL IT ARRIVE 
After processing time, it's normally 3-4 days for First Class or Priority shipments to be delivered but turpentine can only travel by ground so it will take longer to receive. This means turpentine going to Hawaii and Alaska has a very extended delivery times of usually 4-5 weeks.

WHERE WILL THE PACKAGE BE DELIVERED
Since we use the Post Office boxes will be delivered to your mailbox and not left at the door. If you are in an apartment complex, it will be left in your locked mailbox or (just as likely) left with the front office if that is where your mail carrier leaves boxes. We are not responsible for the location the item is left. Please tell your front office you have confirmed delivery so they locate the box.

HOW ARE RETURNS HANDLED 
Please read our entire return & refund policy here. In summary, returns are gladly accepted for UNOPENED, SEALED items within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and (in rare instances) a restocking fee may apply. Turpentine has special shipping restrictions so unfortunately we cannot accept any returns of turpentine. There are no exceptions due to regulations but please still reach out if you have an issue. We are here to help!

HOW MISSING/DAMAGED ORDERS ARE HANDLED 
We monitor all tracking information and if your item is lost or damaged and tracking reflects this information, we can send out a replacement. If you discover any type of issue when received please contact us within 10 days and we will take care of you!

Turpentine shipments may lack tracking updates which give the perception of it being damaged or missing. Turpentine can only travel by ground so this means a) it will always take longer than usual to receive and b) tracking may or may not be updated since its traveling in a larger ground container without being scanned along the way. A lack of tracking updates for a shipment that includes turpentine is completely normal and does not indicate a problem. We appreciate your patience and understanding while the post office delivers the item.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once we generate a shipping label you will be notified by email. All First Class and Priority shipments usually get scanned by USPS rather quickly but keep in mind that turpentine orders can only travel by ground and frequently gets sorted into a ground container without first getting scanned. This means the turpentine is on its way but tracking may not reflect this for many days. If you received tracking, your order was shipped regardless what tracking states.
