These crystals are the best way to maintian proper humidity in your humidor. They are an important element in ensuring your humidor maintains the perfect 70% humidity and protect your cigar investment!
This 2 ounce resealable package will last months and only requires a small amount of humidor solution to be properly maintained.
TO USE: We strongly recommend either using our humidor solution or 50% distilled water and 50% propylene glycol. Premix 4 ounces of solution and then add to a 1/4 teaspoon of crystals. That's it!
MAINTENANCE: To properly maintain, simply add a small amount of solution once you notice the crystals starting to shrink and dry out.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently only ship within the continental United States. You must provide a physical address in order for your order to be processed.
HOW WE SHIP
We ship all order using the US Postal Service. This means we can ship to homes, businesses as well as PO Boxes.
WHAT SERVICE WE SHIP
We currently use USPS First Class and PRIORITY service but turpentine can only travel by ground so we use Parcel Select for turpentine.

We get almost all orders out the same or following business day, 6 days a week!
HOW QUICK WILL IT ARRIVE
After processing time, it's normally 3-4 days for First Class or Priority shipments to be delivered but turpentine can only travel by ground so it will take longer to receive. This means turpentine going to Hawaii and Alaska have very extended delivery times.
WHERE WILL THE PACKAGE BE DELIVERED
Since we use the Post Office boxes will be delivered to your mailbox and not left at the door. If you are in an apartment complex, it will be left in your locked mailbox or (just as likely) left with the front office. Please tell them you have confirmed delivery.
HOW ARE RETURNS HANDLED
Returns are gladly accepted for UNOPENED, SEALED items within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and (in rare instances) a restocking fee may apply. Turpentine has special shipping restrictions so unfortunately we cannot accept any returns of turpentine but please still reach out if you have an issue. We are here to help!
HOW MISSING/DAMAGED ORDERS ARE HANDLED
We monitor all tracking information so if your item is lost or damaged, we can promptly send out a replacement. If you discover any type of issue please contact us immediately and we will take care of you! Keep in mind that turpentine can only travel by ground so it does sometimes take much longer to deliver than what you are used to. We appreciate your patience while the Post Office delivers the item.
Once we generate a shipping label you will be notified by email. All First Class and Priority shipments usually get scanned vy USPS rather quickly but keep in mind that turpentine orders can only travel by ground and frequently gets sorted into a ground container without getting scanned. This means turpentine is on its way but tracking might not reflect this for many days. If you received tracking, we shipped it regardless of what tracking states! We appreciate your patience but feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
